The Bespoke Process
#1 Consultation
We start with an in-depth consultation with you (either in person or via Zoom) where we look to understand what you’re looking for, get to know you as an individual and understand your personal style. We do of course create custom gifts as well, so if the consultation is for a gift for someone else, we will want to learn about the person you will be gifting the bespoke piece to, your relationship with them and the purpose behind the gift.
#2 Design
Following our consultation, we will then begin hand-sketching some designs. We will walk through those designs with you, advising on gemstones, colours and shapes. We will iterate as we go to ensure the piece is a true reflection of you. It is also at this stage that we will obtain your sizing and measurements. Once you’re happy with the hand-sketched design, we will convert that design into digital format with all the technical requirements to craft the piece.
#3 Creation
Upon finalising the design phase, we will bring your custom designs to life. Pieces are typically ready to be delivered to you within 3 to 4 weeks.
