How Does it work?
#1 Consultation
You're ready to start creating your dream engagement ring, wedding bands or a bespoke piece, or perhaps you just want some more information before making up your mind.
We start with an in-depth complimentary consultation with you; the consultation is usually virtual but for those located in Sydney, we can arrange a in person meeting. For our engagement and wedding clients in particular, we take the guess work out of the process. We've prepared an in-depth educational guide that we take your through so you know exactly how to choose a diamond or gemstones that suit you and work with your budget.
During the consultation, we also look to understand what you want and need, get to know you as an individual and understand your personal style. We will also take you through some diamond or gemstone options as well as start to scope out designs. You'll be able to browse through over one million diamonds that we have access to, as we search for the perfect one for you.
#2 DESIGN
Once you're ready to proceed, we will then begin designing your piece. We will walk through those designs with you, advising on gemstones, colours and metals. We will iterate as we go to ensure the piece is a true reflection of you. It is also at this stage that we will also obtain your sizing and measurements.
#3 GEM SELECTION
Once you are completely happy with the design of your piece, we will work with you to select the perfect diamond or gemstone(s) for your piece. Sometimes we are able to do this during the first consultation and other times, it happens a little later in the process, depending on what you are comfortable with.
During the gem selection process, you will be able to browse through over a million diamonds and we will guide you to select the perfect one for you.
#4 CREATION
Once you are completely happy with the design and we have selected your diamond(s) or gemstone(s) together, we will bring your piece to life. Each of our pieces are meticulously crafted in our family-run workshop in Sydney, Australia by our jewellers who have more than 35 years of experience in the industry. At this point, pieces are typically ready to be delivered to you within 3 weeks.
