To give you peace of mind when purchasing a David Ramzy piece, subject to the terms set out below, we are pleased to offer a 2 year manufacturing warranty for each piece that you purchase directly from David Ramzy. This is in addition to and separate from any warranties that you are entitled to under the consumer laws of the jurisdiction that you live in. 

Our manufacturing warranty covers manufacturing defects for genuine David Ramzy pieces purchased directly from us. The 2 year warranty period commences from the date of purchase. If your David Ramzy piece has a manufacturing defect, David Ramzy will offer a repair or replacement up to an equivalent value of the purchase price. Exclusions apply and are set out below.

Exclusions

This manufacturing warranty does not apply to:

• lost jewellery; 
• pieces that have not been handled in accordance with our care instructions or damaged by accident, intentionally or by misuse; 
• normal wear and tear including tarnishing. It is normal for all metals to tarnish over time. Metals may tarnish quicker when overexposed to certain elements for example salty air / water, perfume, hairspray, sulphur, heavy industrial air pollution, chlorine. If your pieces have tarnished, you are welcome to contact us to have them polished. 

Any repairs or modifications made to your David Ramzy piece by anyone else will void this warranty.
