Shipping policy

We endeavour to ship in-stock pieces within 24–48 hours of order.

Pieces on pre-order will ship during the estimated timeframe or otherwise, as soon as possible.

Made to order pieces are produced once an order is placed. Each piece sets out production timelines in the product description — please ensure you read this carefully. Made to order pieces will be dispatched once production is complete.

You will receive an email notifying you of shipment with tracking details once shipped.

Within Australia, express shipping is complimentary via Australia Post. Delivery generally takes 1–3 business days in metro areas.

For international orders, a flat rate of USD $65 applies. Estimated delivery timeframe is 6–10 business days. Please note that you will be liable for any duties and taxes payable.

Discreet Packaging

Every David Ramzy order ships in plain, unmarked outer packaging — no logo, no indication of contents or value. What's inside is nobody's business but yours. This is how we ship as standard, for your security and peace of mind.

If your purchase is a gift, we're just as careful with the details. A paper invoice is included with each order; if you'd prefer we omit pricing — or leave the invoice out altogether — simply let us know in the order notes at checkout, or email hello@davidramzy.com with your order number before your piece ships. We'll make sure nothing gives the surprise away.
