Returns Policy


As each David Ramzy piece is made to order, we do not offer refunds (except to the extent required by law). 

However, we do want to make sure that you absolutely love every David Ramzy piece you buy from us and will do everything we can to ensure that this is the case. As such, if you receive your David Ramzy piece and the sizing is not perfect or you would like to make some adjustments to your piece, we would be more than happy to accommodate. Please email us at and we will get back to you as soon as possible.

We also welcome you to book in a free consultation with us if you are unsure about the piece you wish to purchase or you want further clarification about sizing. Bookings can be made via Zoom anywhere in the world. If you are in Sydney, Australia we can arrange an in-person meeting or you can book to visit us at one of our pop-up locations. For pop-up locations and dates please refer to our social media pages. 

Exchanges / Credit Notes 

If you are not completely satisfied with your piece purchased from David Ramzy, you may return the piece for a credit note or exchange within 7 days of delivery. Products will only be eligible for a credit note if: 

  • the products and all packaging are in their original, saleable condition and have not been damaged in any way;
  • you post the products to us within 7 days of the date that the products were delivered;
  • the products are returned to us together with all original packaging / boxes / pouches. 

We reserve the right to return the product to you if the above conditions are not met. 

Return shipping will be at your expense. 

Please email to arrange your return and include the original order number in your email. 

We will process the credit note within 5 business days of receiving the returned product. You will receive the credit note via email.
