We endeavour to ship pieces within 24 - 48 hours day of order. Pieces on pre-order will ship during the estimated timeframe or otherwise, as soon as possible. You will receive an email notifying you of shipment with tracking details once shipped.
To guarantee shipping before Christmas:
- Australia - NSW, ACT, VIC, QLD - place all orders by 11.59pm on 20 December 2025.
- Australia - TAS, SA, WA, NT - place all orders by 11.59pm on 18 December 2025.
- International - place all orders by 15 December 2025.
Within Australia, shipping is complimentary via Australia Post. Delivery generally takes 1 - 3 business days in metro areas.
For shipping internationally, a flat rate of USD$30 applies. Estimated delivery timeframe 3-6 business days.
