We endeavour to in stock ship pieces within 24 - 48 hours day of order.

Pieces on pre-order will ship during the estimated timeframe or otherwise, as soon as possible.

Made to order pieces are produced once an order is placed. Each piece sets out production timelines in the product description - please ensure you read this carefully. Made to order pieces will be dispatched once production is complete. 

You will receive an email notifying you of shipment with tracking details once shipped.  

For shipping before Valentine's Day 2026 all orders must be placed by:

1. NSW - 10 February 2026
2. VIC, QLD - 9 February 2026
3. All other AUS States - 8 February 2026
4. International - 2 February 2026

Within Australia, express shipping is complimentary via Australia Post. Delivery generally takes 1 - 3 business days in metro areas. 

For shipping internationally, a flat rate of USD$100 applies. Estimated delivery timeframe 6-10 business days.  

Tracking details will be emailed to you once your order is dispatched. 

For international orders, please note that you will be liable for any duties and taxes payable. 

At David Ramzy, we want you to be delighted with your purchase. If you are not completely satisfied, we offer a straightforward returns process for eligible items, subject to the conditions outlined below.

Return Eligibility

1. Full-Price Items: Subject to the below, you may return any full-price item within 7 days of receiving your delivery, provided the item is unused, in its original condition, and accompanied by the original packaging and documentation. For the purposes of this return policy, items purchased using our newsletter sign-up discount will be considered full-price. 
2. Earrings: For hygiene reasons, earrings cannot be returned or exchanged unless they are faulty. Faulty earrings will be assessed on a case-by-case basis, and returns will be accepted only if the fault is verified by our team.
3. Afterpay: Purchases where the payment method is Afterpay are not eligible for a refund. 
4. Bespoke: Bespoke pieces cannot be returned or exchanged. However, we always want to ensure that you are happy with your piece - if you wish to make any adjustments to your bespoke pieces, we will work with you as best as possible to accomodate any changes or adjustments you wish to make. 

Return Process

To initiate a return, please contact us at hello@davidramzy.com within 7 days of receiving your order. Include your order number and a brief description of the reason for the return. We will provide you with instructions to arrange the return. Items returned without prior authorization may not be accepted.

Shipping Costs

• The cost of return shipping is the responsibility of the customer.
  
• Original shipping costs for delivering the product are non-refundable.
  

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within a reasonable timeframe. Please note that original shipping costs and return shipping costs are non-refundable.

Faulty Items

If you believe an item, including earrings, is faulty, please contact us at hello@davidramzy.com with details and, if possible, photographic evidence of the issue. We will assess the item and, if deemed faulty, provide a replacement or refund as appropriate.
