Ring Sizing
We understand that ring sizing can be difficult, especially when purchasing online. This is why we have real ring sizers available to help you find your perfect fit! You can purchase the ring sizer as a standalone product and you will need to cover the cost of shipping if you do this.
Alternatively, you can purchase this ring and select the "ring sizer" option in the sizing selection. We will then send you the ring sizer with complimentary shipping. Once you've found your perfect size, you simply need to email us at hello@davidramzy.com and we will send you the size you've selected.

Adjustments
Please note, while the design it slightly adjustable, the ring should only be adjusted slightly and only once to fit you perfectly. We do not recommend adjusting it frequently or significantly as this can cause the diamonds to loosen and fall out of their setting. If you need to adjust the ring significantly, please contact us and we will assist you.

We offer complimentary express shipping via Australia Post for all orders within Australia. Delivery generally takes 1 - 3 business days in metro areas.
We endeavour to ship in-stock pieces within 24 - 48 hours of order placement.
Pieces on pre-order will ship during the estimated timeframe or as soon as possible.
Made to order pieces are produced once an order is placed. Each piece sets out production timelines in the product description - please ensure you read this carefully. Made to order pieces will be dispatched once production is complete.
You will receive an email notifying you of shipment with tracking details once shipped.
To guarantee shipping before Valentine's Day 2026 all orders must be placed by:
- NSW, VIC, QLD - 9 February 2026
- All other AUS States - 5 February 2026
- International - 2 February 2026
For shipping internationally, a flat rate of USD$100 applies.
