Step 1: Purchase Your Piece

Select the 'sizing kit' option when you order your piece and we will send you a professional sizing kit free of charge, together with a video to step you through how to size yourself to determine the perfect fit for you. 

You are purchasing the jewellery piece but we will send the sizing kit first, free of charge.

Step 2: Sizing Kit Delivery

You will receive your sizing kit in the mail. You will also receive an email from us with a video explaining how to use the professional sizing kit.

Step 3: Size Yourself At Home

Size yourself in the comfort of your own home using our step by step video guide.

If you're not confident with the sizing kit, we will schedule a complimentary virtual consultation with you to professionally guide you through the sizing. 

Step 4: Tell Us Your Size

Once you've found your fit, you simply need to email us your size. Don't worry, we'll reach out to you first.

Once we have your size, we'll get started with handcrafting your piece.

Step 5: We Will Collect the Sizing Kit

We only use professional sizing kits for our rings, bangles and cuffs to get the most accurate and comfortable fit. 

We will arrange for our shipping agent to pick up the sizing kit once you're done with it. 

Some of our bracelet sizing kits can be kept by you (as bracelets don't always need a professional sizer). We will let you know if this is the case.
