Our Emerald Cut Diamond Bezel Pendant is crafted from solid 10K gold and designed by our founders in Sydney, Australia as a timeless fine jewellery staple. At its centre sits an emerald-cut lab-grown diamond, bezel-set by hand within a sculpted gold frame that softens the stone’s clean geometry and adds a quietly modern edge.
This solid gold pendant has the perfect balance between statement and refinement. Is made to last forever, never tarnishing, never fading, and never losing its lustre. Designed for everyday wear, intended to be worn daily, not reserved for special occasions. The emerald cut brings structure and elegance, while the organic bezel setting adds warmth and character.

At David Ramzy, we want you to be delighted with your purchase. If you are not completely satisfied, we offer a straightforward returns process for eligible items, subject to the conditions outlined below.
Return Eligibility
- Full-Price Items: Subject to the below, you may return any full-price item within 7 days of receiving your delivery, provided the item is unused, in its original condition, and accompanied by the original packaging and documentation. For the purposes of this return policy, items purchased using our newsletter sign-up discount will be considered full-price.
- Earrings: For hygiene reasons, earrings cannot be returned or exchanged unless they are faulty. Faulty earrings will be assessed on a case-by-case basis, and returns will be accepted only if the fault is verified by our team.
- Afterpay: Purchases where the payment method is Afterpay are not eligible for a refund.
- Bespoke: Bespoke pieces cannot be returned or exchanged. However, we always want to ensure that you are happy with your piece - if you wish to make any adjustments to your bespoke pieces, we will work with you as best as possible to accomodate any changes or adjustments you wish to make.
Return Process
To initiate a return, please contact us at hello@davidramzy.com within 7 days of receiving your order. Include your order number and a brief description of the reason for the return. We will provide you with instructions to arrange the return. Items returned without prior authorization may not be accepted.
Shipping Costs
- The cost of return shipping is the responsibility of the customer.
- Original shipping costs for delivering the product are non-refundable.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within a reasonable timeframe. Please note that original shipping costs and return shipping costs are non-refundable.
Faulty Items
If you believe an item, including earrings, is faulty, please contact us at hello@davidramzy.com with details and, if possible, photographic evidence of the issue. We will assess the item and, if deemed faulty, provide a replacement or refund as appropriate.
